Analysis of organizational capacities

We understand that the development and strengthening of the organization (formal and informal at any stage) depends mainly on the development and strengthening of the power of the actors within their environmental and social context. This process should not depend on circumstantial situations like external personnel (experts) and/or resources, but rather on the empowerment of local actors; and their knowledge should be shared and easily transferred to younger generations.

This approach has proven the ability to develop positive human dexterities to act as environmental, social and economic actors as well as restorative and cooperative contexts that create and develop collaborative networks.

Project/program management, monitoring and evaluation

We have facilitated the participatory/collaborative construction of projects and programs, procedures, instruments, and methods with different actors (peasants, original people, white collars, etc.) as well as their planning, monitoring and evaluation processes.

With for-profit enterprises, we have developed several strategies like research and development, knowledge management, public-private partnerships, sustainability and planning, as well as the development of key performance indicators (KPI).

Research and development

Involving the management of civil society, we have performed several researches at international, national regional and local levels with different interests that range fromthe designing of projects and programs to baseline studies and evidence base policies.

The participation of the civil society on the advocacy processes not only contributes on the efficiency and effectiveness on management practices, but it also means advancing in a perspective of democratization of life in society based on their human rights.

Governance models and innovative financial instruments

We have designed governance models for all types of organizations, as well as associated responsible and innovative financial instruments (some of them nationally recognized), which ensure both the financial, adaptive, programmatic and leadership capacity of organizations, and access to patient capital.
